This hotel is hands down the most luxurious and exclusive venue I have ever stayed in. the service is impeccable, with butlers catering to my every need before I even ask. the Spa & Wellness center here is exceptional and the massage therapists are highly skilled, providing full body massages that left me feeling rejuvenated. The outdoor swimming pool is stunning, with a sun terrace and loungers perfect for relaxing while the naturalist arranged various activities, including a tea factory visit and a picnic area. Cons: Despite my blissful stay at this hotel, the sound of the nearby road was a minor issue, slightly disrupting the peace and quiet of the garden area. Despite this, the restaurant provided fantastic outdoor dining areas, where I enjoyed scrumptious dinners with a wide range of cuisine options available in the special diet menus.

The hotel's exterior is tasteful, with sprawling grounds to explore and enjoy. the rooms are spacious and luxurious, and the staff are accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable. the location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, with many activities available to enjoy throughout the day.
The hotel's food didn't quite meet expectations. While the chef offered to cater to guests' preferences, the quality and taste of meals were found to be lacking by some.
